  Never Disappointed.
  
  Try all the sauces!.
  
  Our server was Famous D'Andre.
  Such a wonderful person & great server.
  Very attentive & caring.
  
  The manager was also always nearby, and so engaged with all the customers.
  
  This is one of the best locations I have ever visited.
  The food was beyond perfection, and the service put it over the top.
  
  I ordered the rib tips & roasted chicken with broccoli & coleslaw, with a loaded baked potato to take home.
  There are always leftovers, and they are always as delicious even the day after.
  
  I am not a huge fan of Bbq when it's drowning in preselected sauces.
  But here you are able to customize your sauces by mixing them and putting as little or as much as you like.
  
  Perfection.
  Definitely going back.

  Ordered a St. Louis ribs + brisket online to go. Upon arrival I was given Ribs + fried chicken, btw, one of the ribs was missing meat on half of one side. When I received the correct order the brisket was unusually fatty, I asked for a redo and they gave me the same order with sauce on top. I was appalled and asked for a refund.
  
  Not a picky eater, just want quality.  Thoroughly disappointed.

  Never had any complaints coming here. The food is always good, the service is friendly and the prices are reasonable. I really like their brisket and the ribs are tender and tasty.

  Terrible service came in at 3:30 for lunch just to wait to be seated in a mostly empty restaurant. I ask if I was supposed to wait there then some dude wants to say he's doing a shift change after us waiting already for a few minutes. Then finally after whispering to eachother they ask booth or table and I clearly say booth and a booster seat she takes us to a half table half booth and mind u it was so gross and dirty...hadn't tried it was gonna be a first today...sucks that a terrible managed staffed can ruin that...in all this i kept asking...where is the manager in all this chaos. Save ur time go to another location.

  It never crossed my mind to consider ordering Famous Dave's until I recently gave it a try through and got it delivered through DoorDash. I always thought it was a blah bbq chain. It's actually pretty darn good! And the packaging of my order was outstanding. Plenty of napkins,wipes, utensils, etc. too.
  
  They have really awesome spicy bbq sauce, and unique offerings like jalapeño mac & cheese, which I chose for my side. YUM! I had the pork butt sandwich and I can honestly say I've never tried anything like that yet or seen it at a bbq! It was good. But what absolutely took the cake was the bread pudding. OMG, absolute must try. They packaged that really well too, individually portioning out the toppings for it was appreciated! If anything I will be back for that bread pudding. Life-changing.
